Mr. Horn is Manager of Human Resources for Kelly Tractor Co., a multi-location Caterpillar equipment dealer based in Miami, Florida. John is a Retired Naval Officer and former VP of Human Resources for Windjammer Cruises. Kelly Tractor Co. received a notice of a compliance audit from the OFCCP shortly after John accepted the position as Kelly's Manager of Human Resources. John will provide personal insight into the processes involved in an OFCCP audit from an employer's perspective, including the time and costs associated with preparing for the audit and what an actual audit is like.

Mr. Kuehnl served for 18 years in various capacities at the Labor Department's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, most recently as the Acting District Director of OFCCP's Portland, Oregon office. While with the OFCCP, Mr. Kuehnl developed specialized expertise in computer applications relating to the statistical analysis of workforce race and gender profiles, movement patterns, and compensation practices. At OFCCP, Mr. Kuehnl also served as the agency's National and Regional Microcomputer Coordinator, and as a compliance officer/investigator.
Bruce is considered an expert in the area of Affirmative Action compensation analysis, working with companies and corporations of all sizes to ensure their compensation practices are fair and statistically relevant. Bruce brings his expertise to EEO Logic, an organization he formed after leaving OFCCP to provide consulting on affirmative action planning, corporate management audits, and OFCCP compliance reviews. Clients of EEO Logic include many Fortune 500 companies.
